Our telephone engineers have upgraded the hardware for our telephone system. We are hoping that this will improve our service to you. Please let us know if you think there are still problems. In order to improve access to the surgery we have updated our telephone system. When you call you will be given the option of cancelling an appointment or holding to be put through to reception. Depending on the amount of calls we are receiving at that time you will be placed in a call queue, you will be informed what number you are in the queue, this then gives you the choice of whether to stay in the queue or call back at a later time. We hope this makes it easier for you to contact us.
